Accountable for Talent Acquisition, Inclusive Diversity, Total Rewards, M&A integration, Learning & Development, HRIS & People Analytics, Culture and all other aspects related to the employee experience. Manage Compensation Committee; Chair of 401k committee. Particular focus on employee retention & engagement during 12+ month process of sale of Yahoo to Verizon.

Responsible for hiring from 250 to 1600 employees ahead of IPO. Revamped compensation structure, employee engagement and workforce analytics, wellness and benefits programs, and performance management systems.

Accountable for recruiting operations for Global Sales Organization (East Coast US, Canada and Central/South America, NYC 2010 - 2012). Manage recruiting operations (Industry and Campus Recruiting) for Software Engineering, Americas and Global Product Management (CA 2008 - 2010).

Global responsibility for Product Management recruiting operations in US, Europe, Asia and South America (2006-2008). Contract Recruiter (2005-2006).

Led Silicon Valley based executive search practice focused on VP and Director level searches in software, hardware, telecommunications, financial services, consumer products and healthcare industries. Partnered with founder/CEO on strategy and all facets of business management. Worked with consulting experts to design and implement long range organizational development and human resources programs.
