Former professional baseball player with the Boston Red Sox and now Co-Owner at Performance360 and The Business of Lifting Weights.Performance360 is the premier strength and conditioning gym in San Diego, California with two locations in Pacific Beach.Our gym is based around small group training, professional coaches and superior programming.P360 was founded in 2010 by former NCAA and professional athletes, Dave Thomas and Bryan Pritz, as a means to offer a different alternative in the fitness landscape.Challenging workouts but in an environment that prioritized QUALITY over mindless sweat.We pool from the best, most proven training disciplines. Principles from Olympic weightlifting, traditional Russian kettlebell, powerlifting, military style calisthenics, plyometrics and yoga. Proven basics along with modern updates to ensure efficiency.Workouts more than just a replication of every other standard box gym who are more about speed of the workout than results.Our typical workout is 40 minutes using a multi-tiered approach. In each workout, you will move fast, slow and speeds in between, accomplishing a variety of goals in a single training session including strength, fat loss and conditioning.The focus is always on you, your results and your safety.
