• Have led the jr. high youth program at Montavilla Church for the past 20+ years.
• Maintained and grown staff (average of 4-8 over the years), primary speaking/teaching on a bi-weekly basis, events/retreats planning and execution along with budget planning and oversight.

• Worked along side of the web programmer and created graphics to update Multnomah's website.

• Created Flash Virtual Tour of Multnomah's campus.
• Updated images and maintained image creation for links/buttons while adhering to Multnomah's web requirements.

• Assisted Sr. Designer of Cycling Retail with production art and apparel line creation.
• Designed graphics for multiple applications such as sublimated graphics, reflective graphics, embroideries and traditional screen-print application for cycling product.

• Handled the Footlocker Footwear account Eastbay.
• Worked with the sales rep and customer to manage the footwear order process through the 6 month window from initial order to delivery to the accounts door.
• Worked with internal groups such as Demand Planning, Direct Ship delivery and Returns/Claims group to insure account management integrity.
