Sphere Partners, LLC was founded in 2015 by Bryan Weeks as a business consulting firm. Prior to 2015, Bryan practiced as a sole proprietor. Sphere Partners provides business and financial consulting to non-profit companies and privately held companies with a focus on exit planning, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

LPL Financial is a national independent broker dealer and works with over 17,000 entrepreneurial minded financial advisors. In October 2017, Bryan consolidated his consulting practice and financial planning practice from MassMutual with Steven Lloyd and moved their collective business to LPL Financial, where they did business under the DBA Sphere Partners, LLC. Sphere Partners specialized in exit planning, wealth management, and retirement strategies for privately owned businesses and individuals. As a Wealth Advisor, Bryan focused on the consulting side of the business, with an emphasis in exit strategies and business planning.

Founded in 1851, MassMutual offers financial planning services and products to families and businesses. As a Financial Advisor, Bryan built a financial planning practice with a diverse mix of individuals, families, and businesses. During his tenure with MassMutual, Bryan managed brokerage and advisory investment accounts to build wealth for his clients. He developed capital needs analysis for risk management strategies designed to protect individuals, their families, their businesses, and other key stake holders. Bryan designed and implemented retirement strategies to ensure clients had guaranteed income and protected assets throughout retirement. Bryan also co-managed employer sponsored benefits for over 3,500 participants. Plans included 401(k)s, deferred compensation plans, SEP IRAs, life insurance, long-term disability, and long-term care. Bryan ran his consulting practice, Sphere Partners, LLC, as an outside business activity while at MassMutual.
