Manage all aspects of overall operations related to the training, discipline, mentorship, readiness, and general well-being of 75 soldiers. Provide transportation and logistics expertise during personnel and training review assessments, plan and supervise all vehicle, equipment, and personnel movements, and/or convoys within the battalion; ensuring a smooth operational flow at all times. Monitor flight statuses, obtain and analyze monthly fuel usage reports, and conduct quality checks and audits on all documentation related to utilization of 66 rail cars and the transfer of total of 635 personnel, 40 pieces of equipment, 231 vehicles, and 14-20ft containers to and from various locations such as Indiana, South Carolina, Texas, California, and Louisiana. Key Contributions:- Held responsibility for the maintenance and accountability of sensitive and non-sensitive items totaling +$30M.- Acquired and managed a 97% equipment readiness rate (for maintenance, inventory, etc) valued at +$21M.- Acted as temporary active duty officer in support of domestic response mission.- Served as Assistant Site Manager; responsible for all safety, living, and daily operations for 350 site personnel. - Collaborated with Navy personnel to implement best business practices for rail car loading operations. - Gained knowledge and training to configure boats, trains, trucks, and aircrafts for equipment and personnel movement.- Coordinated the sustainment, support, and logistics for 900+ Soldiers that performed hurricane response duties.
