- Develop zero-touch environment buildout solution that deploys Azure infrastructure, proprietary services, monitoring (metrics and alerting), and logging all in one go with as few manual steps as possible.- Build and deploy Kubernetes clusters to sovereign clouds- Investigate the root cause of incidents and create and address repair items to prevent issues from happening again through process changes, improvements in documentation, and improvements to monitoring and safe deployment practices.

- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters that together contain 1500+ VMs across different regions and clouds that provide product data for commercial and consumer customers.- Develop and maintain services that provide product catalog data for consumer and commercial customers for products like Azure, Office and Xbox.- Revamp processes and documentation for incoming on-call engineers in the team.
