Designed a new technical operations center (TOC) and server room that complied with US Government MAC III security requirements for the Defense Video and Imagery Distribution System (DVIDS) contract. (This was the second DVIDS TOC move in three years.) Worked with the integration company and contractors to design and build the new space. I designed the physical layout and worked with engineers on rack elevations and connection layout. I directed the physical move of equipment and the reconnection process.Trained personnel on new equipment.
