Joined Strike as executive member of turnaround team. HIGHLIGHTS: Provided leadership for successful exit in complex bankruptcy with best-in-class bankruptcy legal and advisory counsel and retention of specialist restructuring board members. Delivered in negotiation of critical finance, employment and litigation issues and M&A due diligence. Advised on the re-negotiation and sale of 70% of the nonstrategic heavy iron assets and reduction of the office and equipment yards from 50 to 20 locations nationwide.  Built the Commercial department, managing all bid activity, cost analysis, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and lessons learned from each project.  Created Project Lifecycle team to implement world-class practices in project management, change orders and project schedule methodology. Led a dedicated Supply Chain function with a Preferred Supplier Program to drive down total project costs and increase efficiency. Successfully emerged Strike Operating from bankruptcy on February 14, 2022 with new private equity ownership, a clean balance sheet and dramatically reduced debt structure, resulting in the healthiest pipeline service provider in the industry.  Achieved 90% customer retention through the protracted bankruptcy process through clear communication with key stakeholders and active client engagement.
