CurrentIndustry: Private Equity-Backed, Multi-State Commercial Landscaping and Construction Services (Ranked #17 for Lawn and Landscape Services in North America)Reporting to the CEO, lead the full human resources life cycle of services, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, learning, talent management, and workforce planning for the company's over 1,400 employees. Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and influence short and long-term goals and their execution.Provide leadership and insight regarding employee relations, organizational development, policies/procedures, and all legal matters.Guide the HR team efforts for due diligence, acquisition, and integration of new ULS companies.Lead a high performing team of human resources professionals partnering with business leaders to deliver exceptional results.Promote a positive and engaging culture while developing a high-performance organization.Support the rapid growth of the business and expansion of the geographical footprint by identifying and developing key talent.Drive continuous improvement for the human resources programs, policies, practices, and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational goals of the organization.
