Responsible for everything from concept, to design, to final production. Including brainstorming and ideation, presenting concepts, directing illustrators and lettering artists, working with production in US and Asia and implementing special processes for finished publications. Also working with engineers to solve for complex formats including books with toys, color recognition, plush that respond to books, recordable books, and game formats.

During my first four years at Hallmark I was responsible for the Print-On-Demand program where customers could print custom greeting cards and more in hallmark stores. This included working closely with software and hardware engineers, helping to design new store displays, and being responsible for up to four employees and the successful launch of over nine hundred SKU's. I also helped overhaul the Memory Keeping Teams workflow, completed over 30 album concepts specifically for Costco, and was responsible for $5M profits from Walmart for my design of a Mary's Bears greeting card line.
