As an Executive Chef at Santa Claran Casino Resort, I oversee the culinary operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and catering services. I am responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, managing food and labor costs, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff.I have more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, working in various roles and venues, from casual to fine dining. I have trained under some of the best chefs in New Mexico, such as Marc Quinones and J Martin Torrez, and learned how to master different cuisines and techniques. I am passionate about cooking and serving delicious and satisfying food to my guests and clients. I enjoy collaborating with other professionals and departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences and events. I am always eager to learn new skills and trends, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I am a motivated and reliable team player, who values quality, diversity, and excellence.
