I currently oversee daily operations at the brewery; tea brewing, scoby monitoring, packaging, deliveries and R&D.

Responsible for selling Audio Visual equipment and labour needs to clients at the hotel, as well as handling the operational responsibilities in delivering on what was sold. Developed a close working relationship with the facility staff, and acted as an extension of the facility. Responsible for setting and striking basic AV systems, where necessary, as well as assisting on larger ones when available. Handled client relationships from initial contact, through event execution and final billing. Worked closely with my local branch on the logistics of event execution and oversaw the scheduling of all technicians assigned to the facility.
