• Principal Responsibilities Include: Business support for 5 CNNI SVPs/VPs. Business liaison for Accounting, Finance, HR, and Legal. Monitoring of FCPA and OFAC compliance. Serve as corporate contact for vendors/suppliers and representative for company expense policy through invoice, cash advance, and expense report approval. Major Successes:➢ Global data roaming negotiations and implementation with Vodafone and T-Mobile➢ Process flow diagrams to streamline workflow between groups and reduce company risk (Afghanistan, Brazil, and Venezuela)➢ Standardized workflow and communication across the CNNI BOA group to facilitate collaboration➢ Assistance with conceptual build and implementation of global bureau accounting automation software

Major Successes:➢ Global Concur rollout by integrating 117 international employees in 24 countries onto one of three global systems➢ Implementation of various collaboration initiatives to include the formation of team roles, responsibilities, and objectives➢ One CNN project (Information Sharing/Best Practices)

• Principal Responsibilities Include: Review, audit, and analyze the monthly Bureau Accounting Package for six CNN bureaus. Generate monthly accrual estimates for seven CNI departments. Monthly variance analysis of actuals for month, quarter, and year. Major Successes:➢ CNI Bureau Accounting Manual revisions including analyzing and reducing exchange rate impact➢ Generating appropriate float balances for Vivid Inc. and CNN’s Video Correspondents at Large➢ Implementation of an improved accrual format➢ Ad hoc projects include: benefits purchased in foreign currencies, South Africa payroll tax calculation, CNI Ernst and Young expense analysis, and analysis of bureau supplies

• Principal Responsibilities Include: Ensure timely payment and processing of invoices and expense reports for CNN International. Monthly monitoring of all Bureau Accounting Packages, Journal Entries, and Intercompany Balancing reconciliations. Major Successes:➢ Global rollout of AP/TPAS system➢ Hotel Foreign Currency Conversion Template
