Bryan Russell is a veteran manager of U.S and international development projects with over 30 years leadership experience in land development, infrastructure engineering, sustainable design principles as well as building construction. For more than a decade, Mr. Russell served as managing principal of an 80-person, $20 million per year civil and transportation engineering design firm. Honing his expertise in both United States and international markets, Bryan advocates an integrated design process requiring close cooperation of the design team, architects, engineers and client at all project stages. From site selection, scheme formation, material selection, procurement and project implementation, his many projects exemplify sustainable principles. Sustainability is illustrated in Mr. Russell’s infrastructure plans for construction projects including high-rise office buildings, hotels, and retail shopping centers.
