As a Technical Instructor at US Computer Support, I empower and educate aspiring IT professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry. I have over four years of experience in IT and over 11 years of experience in teaching yoga, which gives me a unique perspective and approach to technical training and customer service. I also develop IT training materials. Outside of my professional endeavors I enjoy any outdoor activities, hiking, camping, ect. When I'm looking for some down time I enjoy reading, Brandon Sanderson is my favorite author. I also like to setup and host game servers for myself and friends.I hold multiple certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, including A+, Net+, Sec+ Server+. MTA: Security Fundamentals, MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals, and MTA: Server Administration Fundamentals. ITILv4 ITSM. I am passionate about learning new technologies and sharing them with my students and peers. I also enjoy mentoring new instructors and helping them develop their teaching skills and confidence.
