Manages Travois' nationwide portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects and implements housing development strategies. Directs the development staff on their work with tribes and tribal housing authorities to develop affordable housing projects from initial planning to application to closing with an investor and on to closeout and ongoing operations. Manages and cultivates Travois' relationships with equity investors interested in pursuing investments in tribal LIHTC projects.

Provide consulting services for housing and economic development projects on Indian Reservations. Work with federal and state agencies to receive funding for these projects. Educate Tribes and housing authorities on various funding programs.

Assist tribal clients with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project applications and gather due diligence items to meet requirements of investors during the equity closing process.Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, equity investors and work with state housing agencies to advocate for changes to Qualified Allocation Plans that allow tribally sponsored projects to compete evenly with other proposed developments.Help clients apply for and receive gap financing through other opportunities like the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), administered by the Federal Home Loan Bank system.
