Other duties included training the design and copy desks, running weekly editorial meetingsand maintaining payroll and production budgets.

Work with writers to brainstorm and produce original and mind-provoking feature stories. Bring stories to life by working with the photo editor and art director. Writing, design and photography all combine to make a 400-page magazine-esque book.

Piece together a monthly column that reflects social issues relevant to the University of Oklahoma student body. The Oklahoma Daily reaches a campus population of 26,506 and is read online nationally.

Work with Sooner '10 Art Director to ensure consistency. Collaborate with photographers, designers and writers to navigate and provide inspiration to take a dull spread to a creative work of art.

Collaborate with University of Oklahoma Visitor Center to reinvent a 40-page magazine with a press run of 45,000 copies. Work with other designers to change direction of style to bring innovated simplicity to the magazine.
