As Chief Operating Officer of AMH (NYSE:AMH), Bryan Smith has driven the company’s growth to become a leading owner, operator, and developer of single-family rental homes in the U.S. Since its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2013, AMH has built a geographically diversified portfolio of approximately 60,000 properties. In 2017, AMH also established an in-house development program, delivering new housing stock in markets plagued by undersupply. As of 2Q24, the company has developed more than 170 communities and over 10,000 homes across the country. Smith earned his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California.
