Using the ISSOW system.Ensuring compliance with the platform safety case by executing work to those described in the performance standards - priority 1 safety case maintenance.Responsible for the input of all information related to the workscopes being carried out under the mechanical maintenance remit.Keeping the MAXIMO maintenance system up to date with the maintenance/ rectifications being carried out. Interogation of the MAXIMO maintenance system, ensuring all past and future work scopes are recorded correctly ensuring that materials and manpower requirements are recorded.Raising work orders in the MAXIMO system for the rectification of any defect rectification that is found whilst the mechanical maintenance is being carried out.Liaise closely with onshore support to expedite materials and spares when required offshore.Liaise with onshore technical authorities when any deviation from standard may be required.Optimisation of all criticalplatform equipment.Attending any Maintenance, Safety and HR calls relevant to the Mechanical department.Ensuring that the mechanical maintainers are kept informed with all relevant information.Over seeing the work scopes, safety and delivery of work by all contractors employed within the mechanical remit.
