Midwest Nonwovens LLC is a diverse manufacture of nonwovens for Furniture, Mattress, Bedding, Insulation, Automotive, Craft, Casket, Pillow, Outdoor Furniture and many other nonwovens applications. We exceed our customers expectations by understanding their needs and involving them during all stages of product development. Midwest Nonwovens has a very small management group that takes daily hands-on involvement to ensure we produce to our customer needs. We are still growing, our 3rd line in Indianapolis. Laroche Airlay and Bombi oven and pad stacking for densified pads. We reinvest and strive to over deliver to our customers.Another expansion, during the fall of 2018, we moved into a new facility in Indianapolis, IN, purchased a new Italian Carding Thermal Bond line with all the whistle and bells. This expansion will double our capacity , plus allowing us to expand our product mix as well. This new facility and line positions us well to service a larger region throughout the midwest.During December 2015, we expanded our capacity once again by adding another Highloft line to our Sauget Facility. The new Airlay line from Italy gives us the ability to create and produce products that once was never dreamed about for a highloft manufacture. We will always strive to improve and lead the industry in quality and new product development. December 29, 2011, Midwest Nonwovens, LLC acquired the assets of American Foam Fiber & Supplies Midwest, Inc.. This expansion gives us addintional capacity and leads us into new markets allowing us to supply an Airlaid web formation to these markets. We are aggressively improving the operations and expanding our customer base throughout the midwest region. We are centrally located to minimize the freight costs to our customer base.

As Mid America Fiber was expanding by building the Sauget, IL facilty, I was brought in to develop new business, mainly selling batting to the Furniture, Mattress, Filtration and Quilting Industries. In 2003, I was promoted to GM of the Midwest Highloft Region during a restructuring on Western Nonwovens. Originally just over the Sauget Faciltity, however as I proved my ability, I eventually had responsibilty over five facilities.
