-Reporting to the EVP of Operations, lead the Purchasing, Distribution and Facilities teams through unprecedented divisional growth from $15M in 2016 to $78M in 2019 and $100M in 2020 with several years with nearly 100% year over year growth. -Grew distribution from a one site operation to three DCs to support rapid growth and help achieve goals of reduced time in transit and reduced shipping costs. -Opened new state of the art distribution center in Lenexa, KS effectively tripling our warehousing and distribution space and allowing Convey to cut an average of 2 days off shipping times. -Implemented a new WMS that automated pick/pack operations, doubling output and reducing labor cost per order. -Manage new vendor relations with manufacturers and distributors helping to expand our product offering and drive down average product cost. -Lead facilities operations. Opened several new call centers in Florida and Arizona as well as the new expanded headquarters in downtown Fort Lauderdale. -Manage disaster recovery operations.

• Reporting to the CEO, lead the distribution teams (Shipping, Receiving, Inspection and Inventory control) through unprecedented year over year growth of 25%, Including several months of 15% growth month over month.• Oversaw the expansion of the climate controlled area within the distribution center, effectively doubling the storage capacity for growing product lines that require a climate controlled environment. • Increased the size of the distribution teams to handle the new growth while maintaining high service standards and order accuracy.• Lead Distribution through numerous successful audits including ISO 9001 recertification.

-Reporting to the SVP of Operations and CEO, directed purchasing, vendor contracting and relations, leveraging relationships to introduce new lower cost diabetes product offerings. -Bringing inventory levels under control to help cash flow, and at the same time minimizing stock outs. -Lead multiple new business development projects including the Sensus Pain Management device for peripheral neuropathy and a new diabetes monitor with wireless two way communication which would introduce several million in new revenue in the first year.-Lead distribution through multiple fulfillment partners, assuring timely shipping of medical supplies to the patient and helping to plan for the forecasted increase in new shipments.-Work with Compliance and Legal departments to prepare for accreditation review from HQAA and TJC.

-Reporting to the COO and VP of Operations, managed logistics in a direct to consumer multi-distribution center environment, including carrier sourcing and contract negotiations, freight planning and budgeting, vendor relations, time in transit monitoring and invoice reconciliations.-In charge of inventory control of $30 million, 4,000+ item inventories housed in multiple distribution facilities. -Lead new business development during the implementation of Liberty's Diabetes Shoe Program.-Lead new product development for Liberty’s private label product line including OEM sourcing and contracting, FDA 510k approvals, rollout forecasting and product launch.-Purchasing, including vendor contracting, vendor relations and product forecasting.-Managed vendor contract compliance to assure that required market share and/or volume tiers are maintained and proper pricing levels and discounts are received.Oversee cycle counts and quarterly physical counts and reconciliation to insure accurate inventory availability. -Directed teams in Distribution, Receiving, Warehousing, Returns and Mailing Operations.-Manage disaster recovery planning for a multi-site distribution operation as well as preparing the facility for TJC accreditation review.
