Our team supports all of the product development and engineering sustaining activities for Mozarc Medical.Mozarc Medical offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and therapies for patients suffering from end-stage renal disease, such as dialysis machines and renal vascular access products. Based out of Minneapolis (MN), Mozarc has a broad global footprint with facilities in Boston (MA), Mirandola (Italy), Shanghai and Chengdu (China), Fukuroi (Japan), Poppendorf (Germany), Bangalore (India), and Israel.My role as Head of Global PMO is a strategic leadership position responsible for implementing best practices, global standards, and process excellence across the organization’s project and program management functions. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers to enhance project outcomes and drive efficiency. My responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership:- Partner with business stakeholders to support robust project management practices.- Improve project and program management capabilities globally.- Implement standardized processes and methodologies.Process Excellence:- Oversee the development of projects, ensuring efficient task execution.- Draft and enhance project management office policies and processes.- Drive adherence to company standards.Collaboration:- Work closely with project managers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.- Foster collaboration and alignment across global projects.Continuous Improvement:- Identify areas for improvement within project management practices.- Drive continuous enhancement of project outcomes.
