I was expected to manage incoming calls, collect required data, have fast and accurate typing, route calls to where they need to go, and to provide excellent customer service.

I worked closely with the pharmacist to ensure the hospital pharmacy runs smoothly. I assisted with preparing drugs, fill prescriptions, take inventory and order supplies, and fill out hospital paperwork. I also assisted in the dispensing and distribution of medications, maintains pharmacy merchandise and equipment, reviewing medication cassettes for returned medication; types unit does and intravenous admixture labels; transporting pharmacy merchandise and performing other duties as required.

I assisted the pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of medications, I maintained the drug inventory, and I maintained patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures.

I took food orders, answered questions about the menu and food, sold the restaurant's food and drinks, took payment, communicated orders with the kitchen staff, seated guests, and helped with guest service and I also cleaned. As a To-Go specialist, I took orders and catering orders over the phone as well as in person. I prepared orders and organized them into bags. I made sure everything is in the bag and checking off items as placed in bags. I also cashed out guests and ensured their satisfaction.
