This project was an EBOT (Engineer, Build, Operate, and Transfer) project.• Implemented, directed and chaired progress meetings with the client and corporate board members.• Reviewed weekly and monthly progress reports and interfaces with the client, contractors and subcontractors on project status, variances and technical requirements.• Interfaced with over 50 building owners and their engineering and operations staff for billing and energy transfer station control room requirements.• Oversaw the issuance of construction contracts including tender bonds, performance guarantees, advance payment guarantees, workers compensation insurance, construction liability insurance and professional liability insurance.• Managed the procurement process and implementation of all subcontracts for engineering and construction work with firms in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, UAE; and Abu Dhabi, UAE. -

Also procured and established the right of way for 132kV and 22kV underground cables and Dubai Metro Station locations.• Prepared the electrical power and water needs forecast including the standby power generation requirements and costs from the time of tower commissioning up until Dubai Electric and Water Authority (DEWA) power and water would be available. • Oversaw and substantially contributed to conceptualizing and drafting content for Requests for Proposals (FIDIC tender documents) and concept papers as part of the Request for Proposal development teams.
