Responsible for creating the project plans and managing across three regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC) and in some cases, by enterprise project for highly customized solutions for clients, such as US Dept of Veterans Affairs and Bank of America.• Oversees compliance of internal Bulk Mail Policy, which adheres to CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR laws for more than 20 project managers, over 5 departments globally for 100k mailings monthly. • Responsible for managing email related Wiki articles used by over 6,000 employees globally. • Created a central repository within Drupal for over 10k records, which is now used to create and maintain email ownership information, bulk email policy, user guidelines, standard operating procedures and reference materials.
