Post-MBA I began working for Repeat Business Systems as a Technology Consultant to expand the company's ability to serve and delight clients in Western/Central NY. Since 1987 Repeat Business Systems has built a reputation based on managing technology and installing trust. Repeat Business Systems, Inc. is a locally owned and operated business leader with a national reputation for service excellence. Repeat Business Systems has four divisions: Hardware, Software, Mailing, IT Consulting and Network Management. In 2020, RBS acquired Ed & Ed Business Technology Inc, and I took on the position of Sales Manager for our Western/Central NY operations. EEBT has been a beloved office technology vendor for over 47 years! We continued to build on this outstanding reputation, while increasing our offerings and services for thousands of customers. In 2024 I was offered the opportunity to take over sales management for our headquarters in Albany, NY.I spent the early part of my career working in the outdoor media industry at Fish U.S. LLC. This position afforded me the opportunity to work and manage a wide variety of projects and initiatives. I built and maintained an advertising strategy resulting in >100% increase in print advertising revenue over five years. We revitalized our magazine subscription program contributing to >1000% increase in subscription revenue over five years. These developments included the launch of a new magazine titled Adirondack Outdoors based on our successful model of Lake Ontario Outdoors, doubling total market share and circulation.
