Bryan has delivered successful infrastructure projects, training, and software implementation solutions since 2006. His project experience ranges from major DOT bridge and interchange design, local road and highway rehab, commercial site, institutional campus expansion, municipal utility, and community recreational improvements. He attended Vincennes University for CAD Technology and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology for Civil Engineering with additional certification gained as a Civil 3D Certified Professional, Autodesk Certified Instructor, and Greenroads Sustainable Transportation Professional. Bryan has also been an active member of the Autodesk User Group International community, having authored several articles published in AUGI magazine, and participant in the Autodesk Future Portal. He also created and led a local chapter of a Civil 3D user group for several years.For the extent of his career, Bryan has enjoyed pursuing the bleeding edge of technology while providing practical solutions for teams. His curiosity and unwillingness to settle for less has led to unique, efficient workflows for the organizations he has worked with. Serve as a key member of the United Way of St. Joseph County leadership team and responsible for the creative development, design, implementation, and evaluation of corporate fundraising strategies with corporate and foundation partners resulting in signed Corporate Partnership Agreements to support the financial and relationship building goals for United Way. Develop and maintain both relationships and programs with our organized labor and governmental partners in the community.

Plan, design, draft, and analyze Civil Engineering and Surveying projects for Transportation, Water Resources, Collection and Treatment Systems, Bridges, Dams, Levees, and more. I also organize and lead the training and implementation of AutoCAD Civil 3D and the surounding software extentions within the Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite, write procedural documentation, manage weekly training and support meetings, as well as providing technical support on all engineering software. Though secondary to my role within the company's design and drafting environment, I am also involved with the development and planning of our website redesign, ArcGIS Online Mapping initiatives, and social media marketing.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

It was my primary responsibility to manage the transition and implementation of Civil 3D and BIM design practices while instructing and mentoring the engineering and drafting staff throughout the entire design process. Projects consisted of county, state, and interstate highway design, multi-use recreational paths, utilities, and cell tower site development. Supplementary tasks included training staff on hydrology and hydraulics analysis software, improving CAD standards, and enhanced workflow processes specific to internal and client needs.These primary and supplementary tasks were performed during active projects and increased productivity, while subsequently decreasing time-to-completion. Aside from training and implementation activities, a significant percentage of time was also dedicated to performing design, production drafting, and project coordination activities.

It was my duty at IMAGINiT to assist all customers and clients with training, implementation, troubleshooting, support and many more consulting services for Autodesk civil and infrastructure software solutions. In this role it was necessary to be a thought leader and proactively creative person to stay on the forefront of technology solutions for engineering, construction, and design professionals.I also wrote for the IMAGINiT Technologies Civil Solutions Blog, managed the Twitter account for the entire Infrastructure Services Division, and contributed to the IMAGINiT Linkedin Group.

Civil drafting and design for sanitary, storm, and water utilities consisting of surveying and field verification, use of GIS mapping and GPS systems, and AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Map 3D programs to accomplish this. Projects consist of new and rehabilitation design of utility main lines, residential utitlity services, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, and open environment storm water drainage. Also took on roles developing new techniques, object libraries, and features as well as trained and implemented them.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Worked as a Civil/Site CAD Technician on commercial, retail, warehouse, and prison facilities projects of all shapes an sizes. Involved site design, drainage, road and utility infrastructure, and plats. AutoCAD and LandDesktop programs were utilized in developing exhibits, figures, plats, construction drawings, and details. Also participated in the development of new drafting standards and procedures to be applied to the implementation of Civil 3D.

Employed by the school to design, draft, and specify the necessary improvements of campus facilities such as dormitory lobbies and restroom facilities, executive building facilities, student health services offices, and the nursing building hall corridor.
