I was inside the Innovation and Product Development (IPD) Team, where I helped in production and formulation of multiple food projects whilst maintaining the upkeep on the kitchen.

Helped to revamp the Workshop Department at the SG Lab outlet whilst helping to kickstart the new Click and Ride programme. Introduced many innovative methods to help repair bikes faster and please customers.

Worked in the B'Twin Department where my tasks were to help customers purchase their desired bike and fixing it up for their usage. Progressed into the Workshop Department where I handled aftersales repair and maintenance of customer bikes. Helped customers to design, using CorelDraw and Photoshop, and print shirts using a heat press machine.

Overseas internship as a research assistant attached to a Ph.D. student and Professor to help in their research in Effect of E-Cigarette on Mammalian Cells. Assisted a Ph.D student write his thesis which he later published and won awards in Australia.
