Business Systems Analyst Iii
CurrentAs a Business Systems Analyst III, I am responsible for completing complex systems development, quality assurance, and day-to-day operational tasks in support of ongoing benefits administration delivery and implementations for both internal and external clients. My main objective is to ensure that all work delivered to clients is accurate and of the highest quality. I have a high degree of involvement in client interaction, project management, and coaching activities, requiring me to have a technical orientation, strong process/analytical skills, and effective communication skills.Some of my key responsibilities include managing and tracking all business and client processing deliverables, ensuring SLAs are met on assigned clients, and managing the client dashboard alongside the Business Systems Manager. I am also responsible for issue research, resolution, root cause analysis, system audits, and advanced system configuration. In addition, I promote client team profitability improvement through out-of-scope project support, automation, process improvement, issue trending, quality assurance, and co-worker growth. I coach, train, and mentor Business Systems Analysts I and II on business and technical processes, manage provision migrations, and oversee all planned base platform releases.
