* Responsible for overseeing operational and financial goals of a geographic region with annual budget of $7.9 million.* Set production goals and expectations for all Region team members and work with them to help achieve goals.* Work with Region team members to ensure daily operations to track service delivery, customer visitation, service partner performance scorecards, call center incident reporting and customer service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are updated, tracked and acted on each day to meet the customer goals.* Manage, monitor and track service partner performance; implement strategies to advance the portfolio to achieve/exceed targeted performance levels.* Work with HR to recruit, interview and select all personnel to support the geographic region to ensure we are hiring the right employees for current and future needs.* Personally complete development reviews for each member of the Region team.* Ensure that new employees are properly oriented to the company and trained for their positions.* Work with Directors of Operations and DVP to set annual budget and achieve financial goals set in the budget.* Work with National Account Managers to process non-contract client requests and ensure work is scheduled in a timely manner.
