Director of marketing and communications (and a few other things) for Stanley Marketplace, a community-inspired and food-centric adaptive re-use project in northwest Aurora with 50+ local businesses under one spectacular roof.

We're a crafty boutique shop that helps people and businesses express themselves clearly and consistently. We write copy, develop and launch strategic marketing campaigns with an emphasis on social media, and tell stories, for you and us and everybody. Current clients include Stanley Beer Hall, The Hangar at Stanley, and multiple small businesses opening at Stanley Marketplace.

Hired to manage a nascent alumni program and oversee its growth and development. Implemented dynamic and successful social media strategy, revamped alumni events for alumni and parents, and tripled alumni giving in one year. Managed communications for numerous development and fundraising projects.

Developed and oversaw the fifth grade program at Rodeph Sholom School, which included leading and mentoring a team of teachers, serving as point person for parent and school communities, and building programs to foster student and faculty engagement and growth.

As a founding member of RSS's middle school, taught English, digital arts, American history, algebra, study skills, drama, and creative writing to grades five through eight. Developed and implemented curriculum and student programming, advised students and teachers, and handled grade-wide communications with parents. Managed year-long philanthropy project for seventh graders. Served as liaison to Parents Association and founded the RSS yearbook and tennis team.

Maintained and updated a website for campers, produced content, and moderated online communication for one of the greatest places on earth.
