With an infectious morale, abounding in customer service excellence and productivity, I am a dynamic leader with an innate ability to connect with others on a personal level creating prolific but friendly working relationships among all staff and/or team members. In my last and now current position I have taken part in a ground-up opening of a brand new brewpub and QSR franchise and as a result I have extensive experience in new business development. My expertise is in restaurant administration, customer service, retail sales, and team management.Although my college degree is in the sciences, due to the loss of thousands of government jobs I had made a personal decision to avoid pursuing employment in the public sector. This has given me an opportunity to pursue a career in what I know best, the restaurant industry. Always extremely passionate about food and putting out a great tasting plate or product I have always been drawn to the restaurant industry. Starting as a young teen working the dish pit, I have worked through the whole spectrum of kitchen jobs and duties; from host to line cook to sous chef to MGMT I have progressed quickly in this field and look forward to continued growth.
