-Responsible for partnering with the Specialist Recruiters to enter and maintain Talent Acquisition data in Taleo, our applicant tracking system (ATS).-Update, maintain, and utilize applicant-tracking systems, including data entry, reporting, hiring manager follow-up, sign-on and referral bonus processing, and candidate management. -Responsible for working with Specialist Recruiters to create and post descriptions regarding current job opportunities via Taleo. -Conduct candidate phone interviews, administering pre-screening requirements (i.e., background, education, and license checks). -Post job descriptions to industry related association websites, as well as various social media outlets.
