- Lead Business Agility transformation efforts across multiple Enterprises and Lines of Business- Coach Senior Executives in developing their transformation strategy and rollout plans- Implement Lean Portfolio Management practices across the enterprise including development of business outcomes, qualification and prioritization systems, Portfolio visibility walls, capacity management methods, enterprise governance models and establishing organizational alignment.- Work with leadership teams to establish and execute organizational growth plans - Guide organizational and team design efforts based on value streams, customer journeys and optimal team design patterns- Prepare and conduct enterprise and portfolio quarterly planning events- Establish structure and operating model for EPMOs, COPs, Guilds and Growth Teams- Facilitate training workshops, conduct webinars and deliver keynote addresses as part of Business Agility rollout to educate on new ways of working- Provide 1:1 coaching to senior executives and portfolio leaders to enable Leadership Agility- Develop customized training content, templates, cheatsheets and other useful resources and artifacts- Enable internal champions and coaches to sustain the transformation
