One Media Connect is an industry-first data analytics and CTV platform designed to provide advertisers and brands market leading ROAs in a consistently changing consumer environment. One Media Connect merges business and consumer profiles within our omni-channel platform to deliver deterministic, highly-targeted, local-level data for your advertising, marketing and data enrichment efforts.

I started Dabra Games to do several things. First, to be able to create and innovate on new mobile games; second, to look at digital advertising from a publisher perspective; and third, to maintain development skills and dig deeper into current mobile technologies. Our first game was released in July, 2022.

Social Flash Media provides experiential marketers with tools to brand, share, and track customer photos through social media using our SAAS platform. My responsibilities include overall technical direction and strategy; ensure that technical goals are met on time and on budget; work with sales and product to fully understand client needs. As a small company, a good portion of my time is hands-on as well. Our tech stack includes React, Windows, Mac, and iOS clients with Node backend running in AWS. Supporting technologies include multiple DBMS systems, queueing services, and integration with multiple third parties.

Manage engineers and teams across multiple projects in consulting projects across a variety of industries. Responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, One on Ones, and generally helping the developers and project managers bring in successful projects.

Studio owner and recording engineer for various artists and projects, ranging from mobile recording at schools and churches, to in-studio recording for two-song demos up to full albums.

Lead the software engineering team at BlackLocus, aka Home Depot's Innovation Lab. BlackLocus generates predictive data models for optimizing retail pricing, to drive sales or margin.

Responsible for leading development, architecture, and QA teams for true Big Data applications (tens of billions of new rows each day) and SOA across technologies including Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Thrift, and others; Manage and recruit top-tier talented engineers in a fast growing company; Work closely with other Product Management, Product Analytics, Account Management, IT et al to ensure efficient and timely product deliverables to support business goals, while maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure.

Various roles in a fast-paced, primarily social-oriented incubator company from Dell, including Lead Architect for Content Curation Group, member of the CTO office, mobile app developer, solutions architect. Responsible for leading projects and teams, developing distributed architecture for SAAS products to deliver content aggregation, curation, and delivery solutions; develop iPhone app for visually sharing stories; assist sales team with customer meetings and planning.

Develop smartphone applications for Android and iPhone for an Austin startup developing hearing aids. Custom bluetooth stack development, firmware interface with proprietary implementation, and UI design and development.

Negotiate custom development with US and International photo studios and labs; oversee development of software for photographers, retail and private photography labs, and studios; lead architecture, design, and develop custom software.

Work with several small web-based companies (UADE, DemandAPart.Com, BRM Group’s MyPortfolioTracker.Com) to create or update marketing strategies, determine technical requirements, and develop web presence. Worked with MyPortfolioTracker.Com from idea to product launch. Work with other small companies (IGP, Inc, Digital Realm) to obtain debt or equity funding.

Responsible for customer-facing areas of a small company developing a software suite for Telco OSS: Provisioning, Discovery/Recovery and Inventory. Areas included Product Management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Customer Account Management, Quality Assurance & Support, and Professional Services.
