This provided the company with an additional source of income from the Product Service Department.

Manage multiple service and maintenance contracts for Railpower customers located from California to Canada insuring Railpower outperformed its competitors in both reliability and customer satisfaction. Input and review requests for drafting and design change notices for both customer requests and improvement suggestions by the Field Service department.
