 Responsible for overall plant operations on 3rd shift. Responsibilities include but not limited to: production and production scheduling, warehousing and inventory, shipping and receiving of finished product and raw materials, quality control and assurance, and training of new staff/temp employees. Perform all duties of an F-16 Crew Chief for the Royal Netherlands Air Force and the Royal Norwegian Air Force as a Civil Defense Contractor. Some of these job functions include: Perform launch and recovery of aircraft. Perform post/preflight, thruflight, scheduled/unscheduled inspections (i.e. 50/100, 200/300 hr phase, over-g, bird strike inspections), fuel cell maintenance, ECS system maintenance, and assisting in translation of T.O. instructions. Conduct OJT training of new assistant crew chiefs/crew chiefs. Ensure forms and CAMS work maintained in accordance with local directives. F-16’s worked on include the Block 10/15 OCU/MLU and the F100-PW-200/220/220E family of engines.
