Waco/Temple/Killeen Business AreaCoached, developed, and trained a sales staff ranging from 3-10 Account Executives in the Austin/Killeen/Temple/Waco area. Responsibilities included coaching and supervising all phases of their daily activities. I was responsible for reporting and tracking daily sales, and forecasting the sales team business on a weekly and monthly basis. Worked on establishing and training a consistent sales method in prioritizing and distinguishing true prospects and converting them to customers.
