- Act as a liaison between Development and Customer Care for all new product features- Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, and third party vendors to successfully support Zonar products- Implement and maintain proper troubleshooting mechanisms for the Customer Care department- Create and document new product feature guidelines- Create training material for internal Zonar staff- Train all new Zonar employees on Zonar products- Serve as an escalation point for Tier II Customer Support Staff- Manage Zonar backend EMM’s such as Admin Console and SOTI- Create ways to mitigate and decrease customer support call time- Attend Zonar User Group Sessions across the country - Ensure that Sales and Marketing demo material is setup properly for site visits and trade shows- Assist with product development testing- Provide internal employees with new product release notes

Clean and refurbish new and used automobiles in a timely manner. This includes knowledge of how to wash the exterior of vehicles, how to mix chemical solutions, and how to wax the exterior of cars. The interior dirt and debris of the vehicle must be vacuumed and removed. Upholstery and all plastic and leather interior must be wiped down using proper chemicals. Engine department must be cleaned and all grease and grime must be removed. Make sure daily tasks that are appointed by Service Manager and Owner are completed in a timely manner.Organize and input new shipped service tools and recorded and inputted into the GM Essential Tools system.
