Provide technical leadership in support of company growth and business strategy. Play a defining role in the in building a diverse global team structure in a cloud environment within a culture of absolute rockstars. Continue to foster learning and growth for all team members to promote continuous improvements in architectural design, development processes, QA, deployments, monitoring and alerting. As a member of the leadership team, maintain close working relationships with product management, operations and customer support to build a best in class organization. Manage strategic initiatives, OKRs and project deliverables as well as issue resolutions.
