GIS Project Manager - Duties included preparation of project estimates and proposals, GIS project management and Data Deliverables for municipal and military infrastructure and utility projects. Data Deliverables and reports were prepared according to detailed government specifications and Federal SDSFIE and FGDC Standards.

 Development Project Manager - Seawatch at Sunset Harbor. Duties included project site design utilizing CAD systems and GIS; planning and permitting of development (Jurisdictional Wetland Delineation, Land planning, infrastructure, Sedimentation and erosion control), utility installation and Construction Management. Preparation of cost estimates, including Budget and Contract oversight for civil development projects such as wastewater and water distribution systems, storm drain systems and roadway construction. Development of Seawatch at Sunset Harbor GIS - Began development of Community Geographic Information System. Duties included coordination with project Engineers, Architects and Surveyors, compiling digital data in various formats. Database maintenance, data cataloging, scanning plans/permits, digitizing construction drawings, wetland mapping and aerial photo overlays, statistical analysis, etc. Infrastructure mapping of storm drain structures, Underground electric, water and sewer and road way improvements.

 Development Project Manager - St. James Plantation and Arbor Creek Community. Duties included project design utilizing CAD systems and GIS; planning, permitting and construction management. Preparation of cost estimates and Budget oversight for civil development and capital improvement projects, including golf course construction, Conservation Easements, storm water and utility installation, and roadway construction.  Project Coordinator for the St. James Plantation Property Owners Association. Budget preparation and oversight. Project management of road re-surfacing projects, storm water/drainage, water/sewer project installation and maintenance.  St. James Plantation GIS - Began development of Community Geographic Information System. Duties included coordination with project Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and Planners, compiling digital data in various formats. Database maintenance, data cataloging, scanning plans/permits, digitizing construction drawings, aerial photo overlays, statistical analysis, etc. Jurisdictional Wetlands, Infrastructure mapping of storm drain structures, Underground electric, water and sewer and road way improvements.  Property Owners’ Association Administrator - St. James Plantation.  Oversaw all types of survey mapping, data collection and management, utilizing Carlson Survey, Autocad and Tripod Data systems; Survey mapping included Jurisdictional Wetland Delineation, Topographic, Cadastral, construction, coordinate transformation, Legal Descriptions, easements and utilities. Performed data integration from Architects, Engineers and Planners in support of project management.  Construction layout and staking for large scale residential and commercial projects; including St. James Plantation (project includes 3 golf course development and Marina), Lowe’s of Southport, Dosher Memorial Hospital, Arbor Creek Community, Southeast Brunswick Sanitary District. Staking layouts included horizontal and vertical coordinate geometry and radial stakeout listings.
