As Regional Vice President / Managing Director , I am responsible for the overall performance of the offices which includes maximizing the effectiveness of our product and services delivery platform, the recruitment of new producers and working with the rest of the executive team on identifying and executing strategic initiatives for our Chicago, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Minneapolis and Milwaukee offices.Today, we have over 100 specialized brokers and underwriters in our region working with agents and brokers all over the world. These segments include but are not limited to property, casualty, management liability, environmental, healthcare, professional, personal, transportation and cyber.We have enjoyed significant growth over the last ten years and we are looking for talented individuals to assist in the continued delivery of world-class solutions for our prospects and clients.
