Our primary goal is to provide great internal and external customer service by supporting the sales process from contract generation to fulfillment. I coach, develop, and lead the sales operations team to drive results and help them achieve their goals. I work to ensure standards are maintained in terms of customer profitability, pricing, contracts, and equipment investments. I collaborate on the development and implementation of customer and contract performance metrics and tools. I help to analyzes prospective customer agreements to assess profitability and risk, and make recommendations to improve profitability, where needed. I am a subject matter expert on sales processes and policies as well as proactively training our sales teams on changes or updates as they occur. Responsible to build strong cross-functional relationships with Region, Division, and Headquarter partners. I monitor sales and operations reporting and provide recommendations to drive improved business results, forecast sales, and customer activity. Show less

I worked as a Technical Operations Supervisor at Comcast. Out of my office there were 133 technicians and of those technicians I had 14 direct reports. In addition to my normal duties I spent 18 months writing up site surveys for the construction department. This involved writing up cost analysis as well as plant design changes. I worked at the Commercial Sales Desk within the Troutdale Home Depot and was responsible for deliveries to customers and contractors.
