- First Week: Finished all compliance trainings and proactively identified and gained access to needed systems.- First month: Gained familiarity with portfolio. Notable Achievements:1) Oct. 2022 - Created a unique structure for a CRE deal. I applied the knowledge I gained during my training period (completed July 2021). From there, I helped where I could, actively looking to expand responsibilities when possible. Accomplishments during this role:1) Normalized and greatly expanded an underutilized Credit Facility resulting in the development of a new product line for the Bank.2) Oct. 2021.

I learned a lot of good information during my training. My rotations provided a plethora of new experiences which I learned from and improved upon.
