I’ve always felt driven to create something meaningful. Growing up in Wichita, Kansas, I knew early on that I wanted more than just a traditional career path—I wanted to build something with real impact. In my late teens and early twenties, me and my close friends and family were deep into music—writing, recording, and producing together. While everyone focused on making music, I saw a bigger picture: I saw the potential to turn our passion into something real, something we could build together.Being naturally organized, I started putting ideas down on paper, sketching out outlines, and sharing my vision. We didn’t have the exact blueprint back then, but it sparked a drive in me that never left. As life added responsibilities, my focus shifted to creating stability for my family. I took on truck driving and various jobs to support them, but even as I focused on providing, that entrepreneurial spirit stayed with me. I kept exploring opportunities, always committed to finding a way to move forward.Over the years, I got involved in different business and nonprofit ventures, working to bring people together and lay the groundwork for impactful projects. When COVID hit, and I was let go from my job, I knew it was time to bet on myself fully. That moment pushed me to create businesses that would last, rooted in a mission of service and empowerment.Today, I’m the founder and CEO of multiple businesses, including Metro Area Roadside, a roadside assistance company with strategic partnerships with corporations like AAA and GEICO, and Mid America Strategy Hub (MASH), a consulting agency specializing in guiding new entrepreneurs through business establishment, strategic planning, and operational development. Through my work with MASH, I’ve served as an incorporator or organizer for over 45 businesses and nonprofits in the past 15 years. I leverage MASH as a tool to act as a managing partner, building strategic partnerships and using MASH’s expertise to support businesses that may not have the resources or knowledge to grow on their own.I’m also the Executive Director and Board Member of Hart on Heart Foundation, also known as HOH Hoops, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on building culture and fellowship through the game of basketball.Beyond building my businesses, one of my biggest priorities as an entrepreneur has been to create a lifestyle that keeps me available to my family. I want my work to not only make an impact but also allow me the freedom to be present with the people who matter most.
