About Bryan Waller

BUILDER – FIXER – TRAINERAs an IT and Military Veteran with over 30 years of experience in high tech and nuclear power, I’ve become an expert in navigating ambiguity. Leading teams for over 30 years as a Player/Coach, my biggest source of pride was developing and leading Cisco’s response for the largest single product recall in the history of Cisco (or in all of IT possibly). Not only were we able to continue to service customers, but the process gave assurances to our customers that they would not incur outage on over ~7.5 million affected devices globally.
