I utilized my experience in the retail channel, marketing research from Nielsen, hands on competitive research in the field and leveraged relationships with prominent vendors to form my opinon on where additional revenue could be captured. Once I prepared these recommendations I presented the information to C-levels. The majority of my recommendations were implemented the following year.
