Ultimately achieved superior value and deal terms for ownership resulting in successful exit. Other selected accomplishments included successful restructuring of over $100 million in syndicated debt, successful add on equity and debt raises in excess of $100 million, consistent ranking as "Best Company to work for" in both geography and industry, improvement of exit valuation by 50% in less than 20 months.

The company also owned and managed a software research and development subsidiary that developed and maintained the company's proprietary enterprise management and point-of-sale system. Responsibilities included day to day overall management of the 500+ employee base, M & A, Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics and Real Estate. Ultimately negotiated the successful sale of the company to Cash America (NYSE: CSH) for $120 Million, a significant EBITDA multiple premium to the industry average. Other accomplishments included improving EBITDA by over 100% during tenure with the company, improvement of new store ramp and return rates by 50%, M & A team development resulting in 70% unit growth, development of industry leading algorithms that led to asset yield improvement and outperformance of industy averages on all key metrics by 2 to 3X, Member of the Board
