Corporate Development Specialist
CurrentIn this position, I build and maintain strong working relationships with personnel in Home Depot and Lowe's stores for the purpose of driving consumer and contractor sales.As the principal point of contact for Rust-Oleum brands in a four state region, I work to build relationships at store level and with contractors for the purpose of increasing sales. I address all product and brand specific questions from consumers and store staff. Product knowledge is provided by preparing and conducting training sessions and live demonstrations for store service teams, district events, and contractor events. In addition, I provide high quality store service by conducting store visits to ensure planogram integrity, proper promotional placement, adequate POP, proper inventory levels, and effective down-stocking. Assistance with customer issues is also provided, which includes visiting job sites as needed for the purpose of finding a resolution.
