Managed through to completion 4 prestige properties and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance for BC sign off, on behalf of a liquidator, to meet specific contract criteria. Contract value £970k.

Hospital for Arthritic and muscular skeletal conditions with 32 bedrooms (9 further bedroom pending). In excess of 400 procedures per month and up to 150 outpatients per day.
